I received "The given key was not present in the dictionary" error. How do I proceed?

Each time I reach the bottom of Section B and click 'next' I receive a server error message such as "The given key was not present in the dictionary". However, if I click the back arrow and click 'next' again I can reach the next page.

Section B is the largest section of the survey and it seems that some browser configurations were having problems with the data submission on that page. This causes some members to receive error messages like this:

Refreshing the browser clears the 'page cache' and typically resolves the issue.

April 27, 2012: We applied a fix to the Section B refresh issue last night so this shouldn't appear as often.

We do test the survey on multiple browsers before launch, but we sometimes are not able to test all of the possible configurations, add-ons, and firewalls that represent the full environment.
