Why did MBA News Digest newsletter suddenly stopped coming to my inbox?

There are many possible explanations for why you suddenly stopped receiving the MBA News Digest daily updates. The following steps will help isolate the cause.

Step 1 – Confirm Registration Information. Go to the last email received from the MBA News Digest and click on the link, “update subscription preferences” located in the footer. This will open the registration form you completed during the initial registration. Reenter the email address and confirm that the rest of the information is correct. Then click on the “Update Profile” button at the bottom of the form. During the week, wait 24 hours and see if you start receiving newsletters. If not, the go to Step 2.

Step 2 – Check Spam Folders. Open the spam, trash or junk mail folders in your email client and see if there are any MBA News Digest newsletters. If there are, then add the MBA News Digest email address to your address book and if appropriate white list the address in your spam filtering application. During the week, wait 24 hours and see if you start receiving newsletters. If not, go to Step 3.

Step 3 – Contact ISP or Network Administrator. Ask them if they are blocking the MBA News Digest. If so, work with them to get it unblocked. If not, go to Step 4.

Step 4 – Contact MBA News Digest – Send an email to Support@MBANewsDigest.com describing the problem and we will work with you to resolve it.
