This process is designed so you can instantaneously update your directory information. For reporting purposes, we need your confirmation that the current information stored in the survey is correct. A dialog box will appear on your portal home page asking for your confirmation once you have completed all required questions in ALL sections.
This process allows multiple staff to complete the survey with one staff member responsible for confirming the data are accurate.
