Do I have to pay the invoice prior to receiving the reports I ordered?

Yes, the reports will not be delivered until Percept Research receives payment. If you have any questions about your billing, please contact finance@perceptresearch.com.
 
Due to historical issues with academic institutions misplacing or taking too long to resolve outstanding invoices, our policy is not to release your reports until payment is complete. We do recognize that most programs have to coordinate with their purchasing departments for payment and we will not hold up the launching of your survey for payment (we only require confirmation of payment to release your report).

We offer several options to pay an invoice. Reference: What are my options for paying for the survey (credit card, check, bank transfer, etc.)?
