When you reference “referrals” in the EMBAC Conference presentation, do you have a specific method you have in mind for measuring that? I assume that each school has their own way to measure it. I also assume that what constitutes an inquiry is also

If you are referring to 'referrals' from the MBA Student Entry Survey, we ask incoming students what were their top influencers to attend their program and we reference these as 'referral' factors.

In reference to program 'inquiries', we ask this within the Membership Program Survey. Inquiries are loosely defined as: "specific requests for more information from prospective students." You are correct that this may be measured differently among programs dependent on the CRM and analytics being engaged. Thus, we tend to focus the analysis in the conference presentations on applications submitted, applications received, and enrollments as more accurate metrics for benchmarking.
