The program's information entered into the Membership Program Survey (EMBAC Online Directory) is retained for all questions that remain the same in the next fielding year.
The Membership Program Survey/Directory is dynamic such that a program can adjust their information throughout the year. Questions that are already populated are retained so members can quickly adjust or move through the survey if those metrics remain unchanged.
The EMBAC Membership Program Survey is a point-in-time snapshot with modified metrics each year (i.e., some questions added, changed, deleted). Even if a program recently updated its online directory listing recently, the program will need to complete the survey once the new survey starts fielding (even if the program recently updated their listing) to ensure that modified metrics are submitted.
The Membership Program Survey typically starts fielding in April/May of each year.
