First, confirm that the MBA News Digest email is a duplicate or that you received the same email twice. Open both emails and compare the date listed in the subject line and the email address in the “To” line. The dates and the email addresses will be identical if you are getting duplicates. If the dates differ, then there are two different emails. If the dates are the same and the email addresses differ then you are receiving the same email at two different email addresses.
If you conclude the emails are identical, then you will want to check with your ISP or IT department on why this is happening. Most likely, they’ll need to see the headers of the emails you received to troubleshoot properly.
If you are receiving the same email at two different email addresses then you will want to unsubscribe from one of the addresses. Open the email with the address from which you want to unsubscribe. Scroll to the bottom of the email and click on the “unsubscribe link” in the email’s footer.
If the above does not resolve the duplicate email issue, then send a help request to Support@MBANewsDigest.com.
