How does the EMBA Employer Outcomes Study work?

This is a two-phased study.

Phase 1: Graduating students will be contacted and asked to provide the names and contact information of up to four supervisors/managers that can best speak to their professional contributions since beginning their EMBA program. Participating programs will provide the email addresses of these students to Percept Research so they will be sent the survey invitations.

Phase 2: Employers will be contacted by Percept Research and asked to complete a survey regarding the specific employee’s performance and contributions to the company/organization since beginning his or her EMBA program.
