I signed up for MBA News Digest newsletters, but why have I not received them?

The most common reasons for not receiving the Newsletter after completing the registration form is not confirming the registration or not adding the Digest’s email address to your address book to prevent spam filtering.

Confirming Registration: Registration is a two-step process. Completing the registration form is the first step. Confirming the registration is the second step. After completing the registration form, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription to the MBA News Digest. Clicking on the link in the email will confirm your subscription. If you do not receive the confirmation email, check your spam folder.

Address Book: Sometimes your spam filtering application will prevent delivery of the MBA News Digest. Typically, adding the Digest’s email address to your address book will take care of this problem. The confirmation email has a link for adding the email address to your address book. Additionally, the email has a vcf file attached that you can use to add the email address.

If, after confirming your registration and adding the Digest’s email address to your address book you are still not receiving the MBA News Digest, then email us at Support@MBANewsDigest.com and we will help with a solution.
