We purposely ask for calendar year for the anticipated level of impact in the COVID-19 Impact section so we can trend to past COVID-19 Impact Flash Studies.
The remainder of the 2021 survey is focused on fiscal year comparisons for benchmarking to previous fielding years for the UNICON Membership Benchmarking Survey.
We made this decision because interpretation the anticipated level of COVID-19 impact question has more context in comparison to the previous flash surveys.
