What is the Dynamic Topline Summary?
How can I view the survey response rate progress during fielding?
For most of our GME Lifecycle Surveys and Custom Research Studies, we provide our clients with a Dynamic Topline Summary hyperlink at the beginning of a survey fielding.
One of the most exciting features of the Dynamic Topline Summary is access to the real-time data collected during the survey fielding. This powerful tool allows you to monitor survey progress and assess the number of completed interviews (respondents) by viewing the Valid "N" in real time. By staying informed about the survey's progress, you can make adjustments during the planned fielding timeframe to ensure maximum participation and improved data quality.
The Topline Summary is designed to quickly deliver high-level insights about your respondents, including tables for all closed-ended survey questions. Typically, the final version will be delivered within two weeks, though it may arrive sooner depending on the number of studies Percept Research is currently conducting.
We updated the Topline Summary to include frequency distribution tables for all ratings questions. These tables display the proportion of respondents who selected each response in the rating scale, offering a deeper understanding of the level of consensus among the respondents.
Verbatim responses, previously provided as a separate deliverable, are now integrated into the Topline Summary. This consolidation makes the Summary more portable and easier to share with various stakeholders. The verbatim responses include qualitative feedback from respondents.
The primary purpose of the Topline Summary is to provide top-level information about the responses from the respondents of your current study as quickly as possible after you have closed the fielding of the survey.
Given this, the Topline Summary excludes trending information, focusing solely on the most recent survey results. We provide trending, external benchmarking, consultant insights, Key Driver Analysis, Respondent Loyalty Index, NPS, and other analytics in our graphical report deliverables (e.g., Program Roadmap & Market Trends Reports, Graphical Analytical Reports).
Trending data and external benchmark comparisons are provided in the Program Roadmap & Market Trends Report, which offers deeper context for better decision-making.
