Why can I no longer access the EMBAC Program Survey Dashboard?
There may be several reasons that you can no longer access the Dashboard such as:
1. Your school did not participate in the most recent EMBAC Program Survey.
EMBAC will host one Dashboard at a time based on the data available from the most recent EMBAC Program Survey. Similar to the PDF Reports, access to these benchmarking insights is restricted to schools that participate in the EMBAC Program Survey for that year.
For example, If your school had access to the 2023 EMBAC Program Survey and did not participate in the 2024 fielding year, your access to the 2023 Dashboard will expire when the 2024 Dashboard is published - the 2023 Dashboard will be removed and only the 2024 Dashboard will be available to member schools that participated in 2024.
NOTE: During Phase 1 (inaugural 2022 data), all academic members of EMBAC in good standing can access the 2022 Dashboard regardless of whether the member school completed the 2022 EMBAC Program Survey. The 2022 Dashboard will be removed on April 1, 2024, when the 2023 Dashboard is published.
2. Your EMBAC Membership has expired.
Access to all Dashboards will be removed for schools that depart or do not renew their EMBAC membership.
3. The Dashboard received an update.
When a Dashboard receives an update such as a new set of visuals, it has to be republished in Power BI. This process may require the publication of a new Power BI Application URL (this is the direct link to the Dashboard). When this occurs, Percept Research will make every effort to communicate these updates to members who already have access so they receive the updated Power BI Application URL.
Be sure that you have opted in for these communications. If you are experiencing issues, contact Percept Research at https://link.bschoolresear.ch/EMBACsupport
Please reference this article if you are experiencing a Power BI message such as ‘‘Building your app’ or ‘Sorry, we couldn't find that report. It may have been deleted or you may not have access to view it.’ ->
Why am I seeing a ‘Sorry, we couldn’t find that report’ message?
4. Your Power BI license has expired.
Each Dashboard user must have a Power BI Pro license to view the Dashboard. You may purchase a license individually or through your organization. Reference this support article: My organization doesn't have a Power BI license yet -- how do I view the Dashboard?
