Can I access the EMBAC Program Survey Dashboard without a Power BI license?
Short answer: No. A Power BI license is not required to view or interact with the EMBAC Program Survey Dashboard.

The EMBAC Program Survey Dashboard is published as a public Power BI dashboard and is accessed through the EMBAC Connected Community. Because the dashboard uses Power BI’s public sharing capability, EMBAC members no longer need to:
- Hold a Power BI Pro or Premium license
- Sign in to Power BI
- Be part of a Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) directory
You can view and interact with the dashboard directly in your web browser as long as you have an active EMBAC Connected Community account.
What you can do without a license
- View all publicly available dashboard pages and visuals
- Apply filters and slicers (for example, year, program type, or segment)
- Save or share dashboard views using your browser’s Print to PDF functionality
